Nice storyline

I really enjoyed the storyline. You don’t hear much about bull riding in AA fiction. Mari always gives a great performance. Mirron Willis gets a little too animated at times and needs to tone it down a bit. All in all it was a very good listen and I would recommend.

Ash still dragging this story out!

Morgan is still annoying and selfish 5 books in. She hasn’t and probably will never change. I’m sick of the back and forth between her, Messiah, and Meek. She’s for the streets. The best part of this book was the twins. I only want to listen to 6 when it comes out just to see what happens to Yollie. That’s it, that’s all!

Cute story!

Usually I’m skeptical about NTM narrators. I know that the author writes great stories so I decided to give it a shot. I’ve also listed to a book by this author with a NTM narrator and it was great. I loved the overall story and it’s because of this reason that I stuck with this book. The narrator almost made me not want to finish. I just couldn’t get with her voice. She paused too long in some parts and sometimes she repeated sentences that I know weren’t written twice in the book. I would recommend it, but just beware of the narrator.

Loved it!

I always read reviews before I purchase a book. Hopefully this review will help someone. It kept my attention the whole way through. I didn’t feel at any point that I did not want to finish it or wanted to speed through it. Now I’m going to see what else the author has in her catalog.

Barely kept my attention

Wesleigh and Jakobi always deliver a great performance, however this book was long and outdrawn. I read it because the reviews were good, but they can be deceiving. Grown people who don’t say what they mean and mean what they say annoy me and that’s basically what happened the entire book.

Long and drawn out story

This book was decent, but I think it could have been shorter. I hate how it ended. As long as it was, the author could have given us a glimpse into the future of the main characters. Maybe there will be a sequel. If so I’m sure that book will be drawn out too.
