Alkaline diet is based on the theory that anything you eat can either result in your body building up acid or becoming more alkaline. For a healthy body, the alkaline and acid ratio must be balanced, measured by the level of pH in the body. The pH ranges between zero and 14. A pH level of seven is considered to be neutral. The higher the quantity of alkaline foods we put into our system, the greater the body's acidic condition neutralization.

I though the recipes and shopping lists made it much easier to actually implement too. So many times you listen diet books and then do nothing with the information, this audio book is definitely different.This audible brought awesome achievements.
