Historia
It was an explosion that reverberated across the country—and into the very heart of early-twentieth-century America. On the morning of October 1, 1910, the walls of the Los Angeles Times Building buckled as a thunderous detonation sent men, machinery, and mortar rocketing into the night air. When at last the wreckage had been sifted and the hospital triage units consulted, twenty-one people were declared dead and dozens more injured. But as it turned out, this was just a prelude to the devastation that was to come.

Historia
Long before Marty McFly and Doc Brown traveled through time in a flying DeLorean, director Robert Zemeckis and his friend and writing partner Bob Gale worked tirelessly to break into the industry with a hit. For the first time ever, the story of how these two young filmmakers struck lightning is being told by those who witnessed it. We Don't Need Roads includes original interviews with Zemeckis, Gale, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson, Huey Lewis, and over 50 others who contributed to one of the most popular and profitable film trilogies of all time.

A brown nosed account of making of BTTF.
Revisado: 03-06-17
summarize: like Back to the Future is the greatest thing ever. note sarcasm.
I have read or listened to 20 or 30 books on filmmaking, Recollections of the cast or crew. this book just was too sappy and sweet.
there was such opportunity to really express some of the intricacies that really made these movies magnificent. But the authors nose was so Brown that it makes it seem like a Lulu produced self-congratulatory book. it wasn't very fun.
save the 12 bucks.
