It is a guide in which the author has added some sense of humor to it. I appreciate the definite depictions of the 'cruel substances' and difficulties confronting people today and what the viewpoint is for the future of dating and monogamous relationships.

The ideas are sound but they're not for everyone.

I wanted to see if anything would help my stress and this book was the solution to my problems… until it didn’t work. Meditative practices and training your brain to remove stress may be for some people, but of the six things in this book I tried, none were able to help. Other than a few minutes of relaxation during meditation, I didn’t find any long-term results.

While all the information could be found for free, it is nice having everything in one place rather than hunting for the information. The substance of the book is truly great, in spite of the fact that there are parts that truly undermine how social uneasiness influences the confidence of a person. Because I find it excellent, I plan to listen to it every night to increase my comprehension and master the tips attached.
