A bit vague, but I guess thats the point?
Revisado: 08-08-23
The story and narration overall are pretty good, but the only time I felt any real "horror" aspect of the story was when we heard, "Im a good boy."
I was hoping that would be the turning point where we see more paranormal/horror, but instead just more Dad and Snake.
The end leaves us to our imagination, which is alright, if we didnt already spent several hours in a vague haze throughout the book.

American accents shouldn't Narrarate books
Revisado: 08-08-23
I feel more often than not American narrators are either monotone or stage-play level of drama in their performance.
As for the story, I thought the plot was interesting and would make for a decent story if not for the characters constantly beating the dead horse that is "We are all middle-aged women with an attraction to men half our age."
