Historia
For decades Jason Wilson was losing the war within - the internal battle that many men wage daily but were never taught how to win. As a result, he could not combat his toxic thoughts and emotions. Instead, he was conquered by them and communicated without composure - hurting those he loved and himself. This went on until he renewed his mind by releasing years of past trauma. His life and relationships were transformed when he learned how to master his emotions and express them with self-control. In the process, Jason became a better husband, father, and leader.

Historia
His grandfather’s lynching in the deep South, the murders of his two older brothers, and his verbally harsh and absent father all worked together to form Jason Wilson’s childhood. But it was his decision to acknowledge his emotions and yield to God’s call on his life that made Wilson the man and leader he is today. As the founder of one of the country’s most esteemed youth organizations, Wilson explains the dangers men face in our culture’s definition of “masculinity” and gives listeners hope that healing is possible.

Great resource of strength and encouragement for men.
Revisado: 07-17-19
I’m thankful to brother Jason Wilson for allowing Our Heavenly Father to guide him in sharing his journey and encouragement. I recommend this book to men and women. Men to help understand that God made men to be complete. And to be complete you must accept all of yourself. While fully and intentionally growing and becoming better. Women because it helps tour women to understand that we feel deeply and need to express our emotions in a positive healthy environment. This book was well written and produced. Thank to Brother Jason Wilson and all who supported and work with him in producing this great resource and encouragement. May Our Heavenly Father Bless and keep you all. In Jesus name.

Historia
Lord knows, Rev Al has had his personal and very public ups and downs - but he's come out bigger and better than ever. Though the host of MSNBC's PoliticsNation is as fiery and outspoken as ever about the events and issues that matter most, he's learned that the only way we can get right as a nation is by getting right from within. In this, his first book in over a decade, Rev Al will take you behind the scenes of some unexpected places - from officiating Michael Jackson's funeral, hanging out with Jay-Z and President Barack Obama at the White House, to taking charge of the Trayvon Martin case.
