Very heartfelt book read by the author you could feel his joys and his pain from losing his dog and then the joy of seeing him again in heaven, to burying people in his family, his internal struggle with death. Coming to know the Lord in a deeper more meaningful way I would say this book has relevance for every Christian. Must read

Made me laugh made me cry. very insightful

I had heard Heidi tell about her horse riding accident before listening to this book on Randy Kay near death experiences. I loved the Book! To peek into someone's vocation and so many of her experiences with death as matter of fact yet she come away not unaffected but changed and I think able to love more deeply and certainly appreciate life more fully. The only thing she said toward the very end was something about 'all paths lead back to God" Which I totally disagree with as Jesus himself said (NLT) "You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way." Matthew 7:13 If we all just 'go back to God' there would have been no need for Jesus to suffer and die on a cruel cross. Jesus said in John 14:6 (NLT) "Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me." So sad as it might be we all don't just "end up in heaven" or find peace when we die. That is a choice we each must make for ourselves. Great book 2 thumbs up!!

Very disturbing yet full of Grace and Hope!

Talk about a rollercoaster of a ride. enlightening to say the least. for any one that doesn't believe a 'Christian' can go to hell and come back just read the book of Jonah He was dead in hell for three days and three nights. Pretty scary stuff. I love her humility and her passion for the lost. No one with this much passion for the lost is on the wrong side. What a warrior for heaven Laurie is!! You can almost feel her pain and smell the sulfur and hear the cries of those there. very powerful book.

This book was very enlightening all of her personal experiences will cause your heart to Long for heaven. our real home!! There are places you a laugh and places you may cry. And places you will decide to be more serious about your walk with father God. Over all excellent read !!

Excellent!! More than your money's worth

This could have been broken up into several books. Really get your money's worth. Barbie's own sense of EXCELLENCE didn't do that and really gives the reader SO much useful information. Through years of interrupting dreams herself she knows what she is talking about. Years ago I was in a meeting with her and ever single person (she had never met before) that had an opportunity to have their dream interpreted stood up in this small church hundreds of miles away from where Barbie resides without fail EVERY single person was emotionally moved when they heard her interpretation of their dream because it rang true in their spirit. I remember one lady a pastor's wife when she told her dream and said several others had tried to tell her what it meant but none rang true broke down and wept because the interpretation was exactly what had already happened in their life and ministry. I've follow Barbie off and on since then. She is amazing lady sent to the body of Christ to help us grow up, Get healed, hear Father's voice and move this Kingdom of God forward. She's the REAL DEAL. Even if you only read One Chapter you will be blessed and enlighten with this book! A head of her Time!! Five Stars!
