Not the best keto or fasting book

While it is an educational book, it doesn’t give you great or in depth information over the subject. interested. I was hoping for information with a basic medical explanation as well as how I could use in everyday life. Unfortunately all I received was a basic information with an annoying voice. I would not recommend this book to anyone.
