Under dirty black skies, the town of Dead Crow is deluged by days of rain, flooding the streets and cutting it off from the outside world. Not What I Expected

I went into this not expecting much. I like the stories long, and this isnt that long. I had never heard the narrator before, or the author. I freaking loved it! The monsters were awesome, the characters were fleshed out. Ill say, you will hate the people the narrator wants you to. It was well worth it.

Really Good Story

I just finished listening to the last book of the trilogy. I loved it. It was very creepy at times, and I could see the images of the creatures in my head as the narrator read. The characters were well planned out, and all the loose ends were tied up by the end. Very nice story.

Phenomenal writing!

I was sucked into this saga two chapters into book one, and I don't regret this series one bit. The writing was amazing. The characters make you feel for them, whether it be love, loss, or burning hatred. The way this book ended was perfect closure.

Very Funny, Wonderfully Narrated, and Well Written

I didn't know what I was doing, picking this book on a whim. Well, thats not all the way true. I saw Wil Wheaton was narrating it and it made me curious. I was taken away by how much fun this story was. Wil narrates it Well, and you can see the characters as the close group of sarcastic friends that they are. The ending was great, and the authors note at the end was down to earth. This was a wonderful story about preserving kaiju, and if you like fun sci-fi, you will love this.

I loved this audiobook. The stories were in depth and engaging, the narrators were perfect for the story they had, and I'm just so happy that the stories stayed true to the Canon of the series. This was a perfect book full of gore, violence, and life.

...but holy crap this was awesome. I honestly agree with the reviews thinking it would make a great movie. The characters were well thought out, and the civilization was decent. The council makes you want to pull your hair out, which only adds to the emotional attachment to the storyline. The narrator is a little weird, but this truly is WORTH hearing.
