I’ve never LOL while listening tonight a book!

I’m normally choose books for a deeper purpose. To learn something, improve, etc. I heard a snippet of this book and went back to purchase it after my brother passed. So glad I did. It was a joyful read/listen. Never have I busted out laughing so much. At the gym, in the car, in the shower. Whoopi’s stories were so heartfelt and she’s a FANTASTIC storyteller. I also like how she used her story to share lessons and insights. This was a book for my soul. Whoopi, Thank you for sharing your mom and brother with us. Spirits like those should always be shared. xoxo

Is this really somehow all my fault?"

I recommend this book to anyone dealing with any of these topics directly or indirectly. It's been a few months since I read it but I had to come back and leave a review because it was so good and helped me through really tough times. I grately appreciate how the authors tied in the medical aspect with different real & tough examples. I didn't need fluff. I needed to try to make sense of things. I can only imagine that this book took a long time to write as there is so much substance.

I searched through many books on the topic of vision. After listing to the sample, I finally landed on this one and knew this was the one for me. I am shocked that this book doesn't have more reviews. It is so well written and so well researched. The author did a fantastic job providing substance and references. So much so that I am going to buy the hard copy. I enjoyed the narrator as well. This book totally exceeded my expectations!

This book is not for everyone. Not for the super, proper Christians. That’s exactly why I think she was led to write it. There are a lot of people that want/need Jesus but can’t relate Him and His teachings to present day. This book did just that. It was enjoyable & relatable. Not stuffy & perfect. Yvonne pulls you in from the beginning. I’m 41 and really enjoyed the spin she gave. I like that it felt like a convo I would have with a friend. She made it make sense when sharing her experiences.

There is still a lot that I'm not clear on, so I will be reading/listening to this book again and diving deeper, but I was extremely happy to know that I'm not the only one who has many questions. I particularly like that the author still has faith. I also liked that the author came from a family of faith and was very knowledgeable so it wasn't theory or popular opinion. I really think she has to be a genius to have expressed her thoughts and questions so eloquently. Highly recommended.

I can't stop talking about this book! This simple, yet profound rule is truly life changing. It helped me understand why I unknowingly and naturally would think myself out of things, and why I can't go by how I feel as a motivator. I learned often times my feelings will lead me to do the opposite of what I know I should or need to be doing. As an introverted, entrepreneur in a service business, this has been extremely helpful. It has also helped me in my personal & family life. The stories are captivating and Mel's delivery comes off extremely genuine and direct, yet relatable.

This is the 1st book I've found that provides timely insight into today's marketing world. The narrator could have been more engaging (tone sounded like he was reading most of the time). However, the content was so good that it's easy to overlook.
