Oh my gosh, this was such an interesting listen! It covers so many different topics and goes really in-depth on each thing. Personally, I think my favorite was the third book, I feel like I learned a lot from that one especially and I will definitely be taking some of what I learned from that section with me throughout life.

Oh my gosh, I'm so glad I found this audiobook, I've kind of been looking around for a more comprehensive guide to help me learn about different kinds of investing for a while now, because I know there's money to be made but I didn't have a clue where to begin and I didn't want to waste money without knowing what the heck I'm doing. This is an incredible resource to give you a solid foundation to start from!

Super useful information, thank you so much for putting together such a resource! My younger brother was recently diagnosed with ADHD (which in hindsight I maybe should have seen coming), and this audiobook gives a ton of useful tips to share!

Oh my gosh, this audiobook is an absolute GEM, I'm so glad I came across it! At 27 years old I'm very much hoping I won't be passing away any time soon, but I've known for a while that the earlier I get my affairs set straight just in case, the better.

I work in the health industry, so some of the information I was already familiar with, but I guess I'd subconsciously avoided learning much more on what I should be doing to prepare in fear that it might jinx me, which I'm aware is silly, but not a feeling easily shaken.

Having everything broken down into individual chapters makes a scary thing feel a lot less intimidating, somehow, and the aubiobook even covers a couple things I wouldn't have even stopped to consider before, such as the section regarding passwords.

Very insightful! This audiobook gives an in-depth explanation of what exactly being neurodivergent means, and gives you pretty good advice on different ways to interact with others who might process things in a different way than you might be used to. Helps break through the stereotypes to get down to the truth to better help understand things that neurotypicals often have a much harder time comprehending and accommodating.

Super helpful to listen to when you aren't feeling your best! Life is full of stressors we all need to deal with, and anxiety and self-confidence issues just make things worse. Affirmations like these help get you back into a better mindset so that you're more able to take on the world.

Very useful information! I've had issues with anxiety (undiagnosed for the time being) as long as I can remember, when it comes to social interactions in particular. Hearing more about why its so important not to just hide yourself away from others was interesting to listen to.

In fact, a few years ago I forced myself to apply for a call center position in the hopes of helping me work on my anxiety talking to people (especially over the phone, but also just in general), and that experience definitely helped me when it came to learning how to manage the flow of a conversation and being able to improvise when someone throws me a curveball. Still, always looking to improve my communication skills since they're extremely important ones to have despite the accompanying anxiety, so will be taking some tips from this!

I am most definitely going to have my mom give this a listen! She recently got out of a really bad marriage (I won't get into it, but it got nasty), which definitely exacerbated already existing issues she had. She's seeing a therapist already, but going to more than one source for help when it comes to bettering your life can hardly be a bad thing, and with her luck with relationships,

Along with that, some things hit a little close to home for me, too. I'm pretty sure I have some form of anxiety (currently undiagnosed, but I'll look into seeing about that soon), and a lot of this stuff felt familiar. Not so much the jealousy, but insecurity and uncertainty for sure. Will definitely be trying a few things from here.

Lovely audiobook! To be honest, I’m 27, so well out of my teen years by now, but I enjoy listening to/reading these kinds of things because the skills mentioned in them typically cross over to adulthood just as well. Am I still in school? No, but that doesn’t mean that the advice about how to effectively deal with different types of people at school don’t apply just as well to the work force.

Beyond that, the parts about ‘being assertive at home’ would’ve been super useful as a kid, considering the personalities I had to live with back then. Being an introvert who doesn’t like confrontation, having a better idea how to stand my ground when I wasn’t the one in the wrong would’ve helped in a lot of different situations. The dating part didn’t really apply to me personally, since I’m aro/ace and have zero interest in those kinds of relationships, but even despite that it might still come in handy next time someone tries to ask me what I think they should do if they have an issue with their partner.

Wow, I really wish I had something like this as a teen, even at 27 years old some of this was new to me, and even the stuff that was more familiar I still got pretty solid advice about. Honestly, this is basically a must-have resource for anyone trying to figure out how to become independent, whether they’ll be living alone or otherwise.

I don’t even know what parts were the most useful, honestly, because it was basically all of them. In a world where a lot of parents don’t bother teaching their kids these kinds of skills (or even have the skills themselves) and even the schools that offer a life skills class rarely have it required, I would HIGHLY recommend the read.
