Historia
Ben Dailey's Viper Company has one motto: Play hard and fight even harder. The crew is comprised of some of the most elite fighters in the Fleet, though occasionally overconfident and, some might say, obnoxious. So when Dailey is handed down a mysterious, high-security mission that's ostensibly a search-and-rescue for his once-upon-a-time academy rival turned brother in arms, he's convinced there's more to the job than meets the eye. Soon, the USF Murphy is on its way to the edge of the Void to track down what happened to Capt. Rick Bearing and the Asher-5.

Historia
The sun has set on General David Cohen’s galactic military service after 22 years in the Coalition Defense Force. Stripped of command of the CSV Lion of Judah by the new administration after his candid assessment of their tactics, David faces ending his illustrious career not as a war hero but a desk jockey. But the League of Sol isn’t about to head off into the sunset to lick its wounds. Though its shipyards lie in ruins and its leaders talk peace, the League still has their reserve home defense fleet—and a determination to use it to claim victory once and for all.

Perfect finish to the series
Revisado: 06-13-22
Has everything you want from the conclusion of the series. Heroic action and epic scale ship battles. With the religion how ever you take it. Kafer kills it.

Military sci-fi light
Revisado: 04-21-20
The story is good! it's heavy on the interpersonal relationships and interactions but not that hard into the technology or military aspect. The ranks are essentially meaningless and much of the science is chalked up as unkown quantities. Jeffery Keefer did an excellent job as always

Not written for anyone other than children.
Revisado: 02-24-20
Firstly Russell Newton does a decent job with the narration but he is narrating a poorly written bland at times confusing story. The characters are given ranks like Lieutenant, Sargent, Captain, etc but they mean nothing one minute the Sargent is giving direct orders to a Lieutenant then the next a different Lieutenant is ordering a Sargent. There is zero since of military order or discipline what so ever. Some of the technology in the story seems very interesting and intriguing but there is zero explanation for any of it. The author will often change from past to future to current tense in the same sentence . The author seems entirely unsure about his own storey he uses words like probably, maybe, possibly, maybe, and must be often. It's very tiring over all I wish I hadn't sent my credit on this story.

Historia
Jon Taylor is an Earthling. He doesn't care much about space. At least until his brother dies on Bahay, a war-torn planet many light-years away. After the funeral, Jon joins the army. He learns to kill. And he flies to Bahay, sworn to avenge his brother. Centuries ago, Filipino colonists arrived on Bahay to build a utopia. But this world has become a nightmare. Jon finds himself in a dizzying dreamscape, a world of dark jungles and neon slums, of ruthless guerrillas and intoxicating bargirls, of blood-soaked battlefields and glittering brothels.

It's hard to get through.
Revisado: 02-19-20
The story is poorly written there is no science in this story. The story kinda seems like an excuse for the author to just write racial slurs. The characters are difficult to like. The military decisions in this book are idiotic at best. I would save your time and money.
