Historia
It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on.

Unflinching and wonderfully read
Revisado: 01-12-23
Open, honest, sometimes emotionally seering but always unflinching. Wonderfully written in a conversational tone. Harry in his own words and in his own voice is pretty unbeatable.

An ISIS-style beheading of a journalist, carried out by a New York City group pledging fealty to that rogue state, becomes more than just another case for NYPD Captain Nikki Heat when the killers announce their next target: her husband, magazine writer Jameson Rook. Meanwhile, Heat is haunted by a fleeting glimpse of someone she swears is her mother, a woman who has been dead for nearly 20 years.

Well written until...
Revisado: 12-30-16
The cliffhanger ending. I have enjoyed these books overall with their engaging writing and stellar performance but this one was disappointing for one major reason. Watching Nikki backslide into old habits so quickly and than cliffhanger-ing the reader was sloppy and cheap. Up until the last twenty minutes or so of this book I was on board for the fun if not sometimes ridiculous ride that is a Nikki Heat novel.

Best so far
Revisado: 12-07-16
This was the best Nikki Heat so far. Once you suspended your disbelief, this book proves to be worth the purchase. It's a hilarious, nonstop often heartwarming ride through political and cooperate intrigue
