After having
I have had trouble falling asleep and staying for years. I didn’t want to take drugs because of its habit forming.
I belong to Audible, and ran across this title about a month ago. The first night I listened and applied, I fell asleep for hours. I have used it every night since.
I recommend this title to those needing to relax, or sleep better.

Historia
When Tom DeBaggio turned 57 in 1999, he thought he was embarking on the golden years of retirement -- time to spend with his family, his friends, and the herb garden he spent decades cultivating. One winter day, he told his doctor during a routine exam that he had been stumbling into forgetfulness. After it subsequent battery of tests, DeBaggio joined the legion of 12 million others afflicted with Alzheimer's disease.

An intimate look
Revisado: 12-05-15
It took great courage to share such private and painful details of what was happening to the author. He will never know how much his words were appreciated, by both the families and the patient's who are dealing with this disease.

Historia
Best-selling author Philippa Gregory introduces one of her most unforgettable heroines: Katherine of Aragon. Daughter of Queen Isabella and King Ferdinand of Spain, Katherine has been fated her whole life to marry Prince Arthur of England. When they meet and are married, the match becomes as passionate as it is politically expedient. But tragically, Arthur falls ill and extracts from his young bride a deathbed promise to marry his brother Henry, become Queen, and fulfill their dreams and her destiny.

Lives up to Philippa Gregor is excellent writing.
Revisado: 05-06-15
This book did not disappoint me either in the writing, or delivery.
Philippa Gregory continues to have a skill for giving maximum historical references, while at the same time making her stories, a gripping must read.
For anyone concerned her writing will be stale and so full of historical facts that I t will make for unpleasant reading, I can tell yoy, this like all the rest of her writings will be a pleasure to read.

Historia
Even though Agatha Raisin loathes amateur dramatics, her friend Mrs. Bloxby, the vicar's wife, has persuaded her to support the local pantomime. Stifling a yawn at the production of Babes in the Woods, Agatha watches as the baker, playing an ogre, struts and threatens on the stage. Then a trapdoor opens… followed by a scream and then silence. Surely, this isn't the way the scene was rehearsed?

Hard to follow
Revisado: 01-03-15
I am an avid Agatha Raisin audible listener. I am never disappointed. This audio book was the first that I struggled with, not because of the story, but because of the narrator. I don't know what goes into the process of choosing narrators for every book, but I don't feel this narrator suited for Agatha Raisin.
Frequently the voices for different characters blended from one to the next, with almost no difference in tone etc. This made following the story very difficult.
I don't want to criticize her reading of other books, but clearly in my opinion she is not suited for this series. Her voice seemed to sweet, to convincingly be the strong forceful Agatha, and there was little difference when switching characters.
I will purchase 1 more, but if the narrator stays the same, I will not be interested in continuing to follow the Agatha Raisn series

Historia
Gloria French was a jolly widow with dyed blonde hair, a raucous laugh, and rosy cheeks. When she first moved from London to the charming Cotswold hills, she was heartily welcomed. She seemed a do-gooder par-excellence, raising funds for the church and caring for the elderly. But she had a nasty habit of borrowing things and not giving them back. They're just small things - a teapot here, a set of silverware there - so it's quite the shock when she is found dead, murdered with a poisoned bottle of elderberry wine.
