Long , drawn out and slow. Intermittent interesting parts. Ended abruptly. I guess to encourage you to read the next in the series, but I will not. Would not recommend.

My second time listening to this audiobook. It has helped me through difficult times. I have given copies to friends and family. I especially like the stories and practical exercises. One of my favorite books of all time.
