Historia
Empire of the Summer Moon spans two astonishing stories. The first traces the rise and fall of the Comanches, the most powerful Indian tribe in American history. The second entails one of the most remarkable narratives ever to come out of the Old West: the epic saga of the pioneer woman Cynthia Ann Parker and her mixed-blood son, Quanah, who became the last and greatest chief of the Comanches.

THE TALE of the American West
Revisado: 12-20-16
Absolutely riveting story that I couldn't stop listening to. This is not just the story of my homeland, but the story that should have been taught (but sadly wasn't) in school. If you have any interest in American history, you should read this. The intersection of the Indian tribes of the Great Plains with the Civil War era and the subsequent delayed progress of manifest destiny by 4,000 Comanche warriors is one of the greatest feats in recorded history.

The giant brands that once dominated the media landscape - Oprah, the New York Times, NPR, CNN - have seen their monopoly on public attention smashed by the Internet and now find themselves competing with individuals and brands in a sea of micromedia: websites, social media, blogs, podcasts, and more. Ace publicists and marketers Barbara Cave Henricks and Rusty Shelton show that to navigate through this modern terrain, you need to think more like a media executive than a marketer.
