Heart-opening! I was completely moved!

I'm so glad I pushed through this audiobook! It's easy to allow the busyness of our lives to impede upon so many things. Sometimes that's not finishing a book. I'm glad I didn't let the busyness prevent me from finishing this book!

This book gave me so much hope and inspired me to be more intentional with my day. I have to say, signs are showing immediately! They always have, however, I'm working on slowing down and asking.

I would recommend this book to anyone. I already have!!!

THIS IS GENUIS ON EVERY LEVEL!

I'm in awe finishing this book. I can't believe I haven't read this before now. Thank you Jen Pastiloff for sharing this GEM!!!! I have not lived my life the same after listening to this book. The level of mindfulness has blown up exponentially from hearing all these concepts. Clarity on how I navigate every minute of my life has blossomed. I have told EVERYONE I know that this is a must read!! I'm so thankful for Gay Hendricks work. This is exactly what I needed at this time of my life. I needed it before but I will trust timing is everything!!! This is a MUST READ OR LISTEN BOOK!!

Absolutely delightful! A must listen!

I loved how Mark and Jay read the book. It made the book become more alive than it already is. a beautiful story about many things. Very refreshing. I loved their HBO series Togetherness and never wanted it to end. This book brought some closure for me around that, since I've a better understanding as to why it did. I now will watch anything with these brothers in it. And it was easy to pull my husband on this bandwagon of mine since he loves The League. And how can anyone NOT like Mark and Jay? These two brothers are the best thing that happened to the movie industry, and I am sure to anyone that knows them. I would recommend this to anyone!

A must read to navigate relationships....

I've read Dr. Lerner's Dance of Anger and Dance of Imtimacy and recommend them to everyone. Dance of Connection continues to build on these skills of self-awareness and self expression. As a psychotherapist and a human being these concepts are crucial for growing deeper in relationships of all kinds. Personally and Professionally Dr. Lerner's work has consistently been a game changer in healing!

Having an open mind is important!

The fundamental message is what I have heard outside of a biblical or religious context. I appreciated the content and was able to overlook the religious verbage and learned much. The importance of our thoughts and feelings was a great reminder of how we create our lives. The only issue I struggled with was the narrator speaking very fast. I had to slow it down on my phone and it helped.

Absolutely exquisite!

This was not a mistake that I stumbled on this book. the timing could not have been more perfect. Absolutely loved how candid Alan Arkin is about his journey through life. Many nuggets of wisdom from this powerfully written and spoken book! I'm recommending it to many people!

This feels real, but scary. As if I'm joining a cult. The words make sense to me, and the intention seems authentic in terms of transforming as a human, in a loving, patient, and compassionate manner. I will contine!

Full of Golden nuggets!!! LOVED IT!!

I recommend this book on audio since Jen Sincero's energy comes flying through. This book is one of my all time favorites so far, it encompasses everything I have read for years, but packaged in a kick ass way!! This book applies to everything in life, not just money. Jen Sincero's analogies are incredible, which gives this book a whole new spin on the topic, and totally rational!! Love love love this book!!

MOTIVATING!!

I love how the author balances out old ways of thinking versus new ways. I agree with him totally but it's a book I would send to someone that is practical, likes their comfort zone but this book would not threaten a sense of well being. I am enamored by all the resources as well!! Everyone should read this!!!!

BEST BOOK ON CREATING YOUR LIFE SINCE 1988!!

I've to be honest, I was very reluctant at first to read this. I now know why. I was living in my comfy zone and not quite ready. my BFF read it a year ago and told me to read it too. I didn't since I'm the bossy one. While being home from a partial knee replacement surgery these last 2 months, the book literally was yelling at me to listen to. I just finished, and in Jen Sincero's words, "oh lordy, lord!" I know why I'm meant to read it now and not before. And I've some work to do on some belief systems that are clear as day!! I'm now on my way to the next BADASSERY business! I needed the right words and tools. Jen Sincero, thank you beyond words for writing such a genuine, motivating, thought provoking, riveting book!!!!
