Historia
Letting go is not a process that comes naturally to us. In a world that teaches us to cling to what we love at all costs, there is an undeniable art to moving on - and it's one that we are constantly relearning. In this series of honest and poignant essays, Heidi Priebe explores the harsh reality of what it means to let go of the people and situations we love most - often before we are ready to - and how to embrace what comes next.

Different kind of writing style
Revisado: 11-03-24
When you first listen to it you realise that it’s not written in the usual self help style. There’s a very human kind of flow to it. More importantly it helped a dumb guy understand how women look at love and relationships a little better,

Knows and practices his stuff
Revisado: 05-19-24
No-ah knows his stuff. He has been preaching the same thing for years on YouTube but I got the book anyway. Didn’t regret it as it fleshes out everything. And it really helps that he narrated it as it helps me feel his enthusiasm and emphasise.

A very important book.
Revisado: 03-29-24
Anyone who feels emotionally inadequate, for whatever reason, needs to read this book. However, I find that I understood the message of this book much better after reading many other books and talking to a therapist.
One more thing, i wish she spoke about the extreme lack of self-compassion and suicide a lot more.

Helpful beyond words
Revisado: 02-25-24
The author teaches you about human connection with life experiences and it makes for a deeper experience. He also reads the book and sounds like a human not a professional reader.

Based on theory, not life experience
Revisado: 01-31-24
This book was written by a professional writer. While the content might make sense to the reader, it might ultimately ring hollow as it comes across as sentences stitched together rather than a human being with an urgent edifying message.
