The last chapter is Dr. Yalom’s most beautiful earth shattering love letter to his deceased wife. My tears are streaming down knowing there are soul mates & true loves existed in this emotionally volatile world.

Thank you for being the brightest star in the sky & your flickering light is certainly witnessed by many of us who started reading your books from Gift of therapy till now this Death of Life.

You also mentioned that you were working on another book , please keep on writing.

Inspiring autobiography

Walking across the entire China in 10 years is a grabbing soul master piece. The author recorded his walking journey with calm humble spirit .

His courage inspired me. I listened ‘you can’t hurt me’ by David Goggins, and this book is equivalently powerful as David’s book, but more humility and gratitude, less trauma.

I wish this book can be translated into English

Vulnerability and dare devil honesty

One man’s spiritual rags and riches mirrors many of us who are on the similar path, yet still haunted by unraveling emotional trauma in our psyche.

Honestly it’s not to project to our parents , Trump or any one else. They are just mirrors to evoke ‘uncooked seeds’: our evolutionary genetic make up.

Meditation is a kind of regress therapy; if we could all regress our wound beyond this generations, we found our answer. The author explores this unconscious path in such a brutal honesty fashion that inspires me. I completed reading in one day & cant help it going back listening it again & again.

Re-listening his work brought so much clarity to my own life journey. Thank you
