Historia
Living a modern life requires juggling a ton of information. But we were never taught how to manage this information effectively so that we can find what we need when we need it. In The PARA Method, Tiago Forte outlines a simple and intuitive four-step system that will help us sort all the information flooding our brains into four major categories—Projects, Areas, Resources, and Archives—allowing us to manage our commitments while achieving our goals and dreams.

Short and concise, details how to setup PARA
Revisado: 07-26-24
Short and concise, and clearly details how to use begin using PARA right away. Best aspect is that PARA is system-agnostic so you can apply it anywhere using any tool you have. Applied it to my work and personal notes Jul 21st, and writing this review Jul 26th. It hasn't been long, but I can already notice the improvements in my digital notes space and in my mental health, as crazy as it sounds. Who knew decluttering and organizing your digital space would help with overwhelm and burnout? I've completed ALL of my todo lists for work for the first time in years...

Amazing and clear way to change your life
Revisado: 10-05-23
The author is great to listen to, he speaks at just the right speed and volume that makes it easy for me to listen to while going about my day.
The tips and examples he gives are an excellent way for me to begin making important life changes. The first thing I fixed after finishing the book was my sleep schedule and cleaning routine (or lack thereof). I could see the improvement in my mental state and in my lifestyle after a few weeks already. From there, I started building in journaling, and a set time for me to focus on my hobbies.
It sounds really small and simple, but as you can see I did not have any routine in my life and was at the end of my rope and felt like a mess. This is a great and practical way to start rebuilding myself and I highly recommend this to anyone who'd listen.
