Good story, did not enjoy the narrator
Revisado: 12-27-24
Kevin Klay narrates well but his character voices are not good here. Sam sounds like Shrek, Purdue sounds like the villain from Scooby Doo, and Nina is Stewie from Family Guy. Really messed it up for me. Sorry Kevin...

Masterpiece! Tom Taylorson met t the challenge.
Revisado: 09-02-24
Jeremy Robinson created a masterpiece in this very unique and exciting book! Tom Taylorson was a master of character interpretation and read the story in such a way as to meet the goal of the masterpiece Robinson created.

Historia
Refuge, New Hampshire, is a small town. The kind found on postcards. Their biggest concern is the rowdy summertime revelers making their way up from Massachusetts and New York. And with most of the town's residents in neighboring Ashland, for the Fourth of July fireworks show, Refuge is quieter than usual. That is, until the Baptist church's bell starts ringing - on its own. The bell chimes faster and faster, reaching a frenetic pace, as though rung by the Devil himself. But the bell is just the beginning.

Weird story
Revisado: 07-31-24
Jeremy Robinson spins a weird story. Any one who has read his books can probably respond with an eye-roll. Of course it's Weird! It's Jeremy Robinson! I did enjoy the book (omnibus edition) and the characters were good. I just didn't find the story that interesting or captivating. Monsters galore so that's good!
