Leading today's students often feels like being in a new country. The population in this new land has different attitudes (many entitled and narcissistic) and speaks a different language (emojis and social media). Attention spans are six to eight seconds. They multi-task on five screens. They often possess multiple personas on social media platforms. Understanding and connecting with this generation is often times frustrating and draining.

some good information, but bleh narration

Some good info in here, but at times it feels rambling or repetitive. At other times, it provided some truly good examples and content with thinking about.
One downside was the reading. You could hear him reading as he narrated... pausing to find the next word. There were countless pauses at times when such a pause made it hard to follow. Awful! I almost completely stopped listening to the audiobook on multiple occasions because this was so hard to listen to.
