Historia
From the authors of the New York Times best-selling The Heart of Everything That Is and Halsey's Typhoon comes the dramatic untold story of a daredevil bomber pilot and his misfit crew who fly their lone B-17 into the teeth of the Japanese Empire in 1943, engage in the longest dogfight in history, and change the momentum of the war in the Pacific - but not without making the ultimate sacrifice.

Great story
Revisado: 10-04-18
I really enjoyed this book as it gave a really in-depth look in to the pacific theatre with out being too boring. I found the story really we told and have great respect for the crew and what they did.

Historia
On October 3, 2009, after years of constant smaller attacks, the Taliban finally decided to throw everything they had at Keating. The ensuing 13-hour battle - and eventual victory - cost eight men their lives. Red Platoon is the riveting firsthand account of the Battle of Keating, told by Romesha, who spearheaded both the defence of the outpost and the counterattack that drove the Taliban back beyond the wire and received the Medal of Honor for his actions.

I found this book a very well written book about an incredible group of men in unspeakable situation. The story is great as it’s told completely though first hand account and is highly accurate. It was also a very moving book that help to show the stress and emotions of all involved. Highly recommend book. Also the reader was also easy to listen to.

Very interesting insight
Revisado: 08-06-18
I found the book interesting and intriguing. It is a great insight in to the mind and life of a FBI agent and the struggles that come with it. I found the authors voice really easy to listen to and wasn’t too mono toned. Well worth a listen.
