My Favorite Go-To, Feel-Good Book!

Having read the book several times my praise of McQuiston’s talent and skill for storytelling is filled with appreciation. However, de Ocampo’s performance takes the listening experience to an even higher level. He is able to make the listener laugh, sob, and feel a part of the action - his energy is infectious. De Ocampo’s timing, vocal inflections and characterizations rate among the best of what Audible offers.
For me, McQuiston’s prose and de Ocampo’s performance have made Red, White, and Royal Blue a book I can listen to over and over again. A perfect combination!

I’ve listened to many different readers perform one of my favorite novels, and Tanner Buchanan’s reading surpasses them all. Other Audible reads would benefit greatly from his talents!
