Would you listen to Hard Evidence again? Why?
In a heartbeat! It is worth the repeat just to get involved in hearing how Tessa and Julian met up, and fell in love, in spite of the whirlwind of crime, and terror and danger spinning around them . . .
What was one of the most memorable moments of Hard Evidence?
“Julian placed her purse in the front seat. "She's got a loaded double-deuce in her purse, Peterson, though I'm not sure she knows how to use it. And be sure to book her on one count of falsifying information on a driver's license while you're at it."
"What?" she cried. "You're just making stuff up!"
He pulled off his shades, met her gaze, saw the outrage and disbelief in her eyes. "It says you weigh one-fifteen, but i know for a fact you're not a pound under one-twenty."
Her cheeks flushed crimson. "Oooh!”
Julian has a way of getting under Tessa's skin from the git-go, and it all started with this scene . . .
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yep, you betcha, but couldn't do it-life happens, and I had to listen in bits and pieces---arrrrgghhhhh!!!

Again, kudos to Kaleo Griffith, for his top notch narration, acting ability, and his uncanny way to get each character Right, including all the secondary people as well!

What made the experience of listening to Extreme Exposure the most enjoyable?
the story from start to finish was believable--no fantasy or sci-fi or mental mix-up here. Sometimes reality is stranger and more scary than the imagined . . .
Who was your favorite character and why?
two favs: Reese and Cara--
Reese as a man who cared deeply and showed it
Cara as a woman who suffered, got thru it, picked herself up and still cared deeply . . .
Two people who did not run away, or dither about or give up on each other, or their personal causes . . .
Any additional comments?
I've read these in print, but have to say, with Kaleo Griffith narrating, and his uncanny ability to Get Each Character Right, as well as the complete flow of the story, well, it went from great to-----Spectacular!!!

This is an exceptional retelling of Sharon Lee and Steve Miller's amazing first in the Liaden Universe series--and Michael Shanks does a terrific job of catching the mannerisms, the characters' voices, and the fast-paced wonder that is Er Thom, Dav, Anne Davis, Shawn---well, the whole cast of the Liaden clan Korval!! I really, really hope that the authors will retain Mr. Shanks for future episodes---can't wait for the next one!!
