Would you consider the audio edition of The Power from Within to be better than the print version?
This book gets right to the point. The advice is offered in a straightforward manner. The author offers concrete ideas about taking action to deal with with the worries and insecurities that we all face. A key part of the success of this book is the strong narration by Carl Hausman. Hausman delivers the text in a strong voice that quickly establishes confidence that the advice being conveyed is authoritative. The listener's attention is drawn to words being spoken and the meaning and nuances of the text rather than drawing attention to the narration itself. I will look for other books with narration by Carl Hausman.
What does Carl Hausman bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Authority. By interpreting the copy through his expert vocal inflections and the rhythm of his delivery Hausman subtly provides an emphasis on the key points, which guides the reader through the major ideas and concepts of the text while indicating how the supporting information and explication supports those key ideas and concepts.
