Historia
As one of the globe's most trusted leadership mentors, John C. Maxwell debunks the myths that hold people back from leaning into and developing their influence. In this inspiring call-to-action, he shows middle managers how to leverage their unique positions and become 360 degree leaders by exercising influence in all directions - up (to the boss), across (among their peers), and down (to those they lead).

Good book for responsibility
Revisado: 11-15-23
I had to read this book as part of a class I'm taking, on Leading, a responsibility, and I found it very helpful, and engaging. I would recommend it, for anybody who's hoping to be a good leader.

An awesome tragedy

This book was really fun to Listen to, everything was just amazing, and I loved how the author expanded on iskats story. ( I mean I really was not expecting a full novel about this character, But I'm so glad it exists!) I don't wanna give too much away, because it's just so good, and it's so worth listening to. I'll say this though, this book feels like the author wanted, to write a good star wars story. She didn't force any political message, Or write anything that, felt out of pocket, for star wars. She just wrote a good, amazing, book, with heart wrenching, gut punching, moments in it that will make you want to cry. In summary, I really really really love this book, and I'm definitely gonna get a physical copy now.

Historia
Karr is a teenage boy like many others in the galaxy. He goes to school, helps his parents with the family business, likes speeders and droids. But Karr also has a secret: When he touches certain objects, he gets searing headaches and blacks out. And along with the pain sometimes come visions of people he doesn't know and places he's never been. Karr's parents worry that he's sick; his grandmother is convinced the visions come from the Force. But it's been years since anyone has heard from the last of the Jedi - Luke Skywalker. Are there any Jedi left to guide Karr?

Underrated
Revisado: 07-23-23
I've always really enjoyed this book, I've never been that big of a fan, of the sequel trilogy, but I always found this book very interesting. I like how Kar (the main character) has force, but isn't super strong in it. He's not meant to be this grand hero, I like how ray is portrayed, He's just a dorky kid, who goes to high school, and try to survive everyday life. Mean while Maisy, are supporting character, and Kars foil, Is the exact opposite to him. While car is Awkward, and anxious, Maisy confident, and fearless, sometimes to her own detriment. This is also the 1st story I ever Encountered From star wars, where the 1st order is Is the antagonist of the story, but they're not villainous. Which I find really interesting, anyway I don't wanna Spoil too much of a story, it's really good you should check it out.
