Historia
As the ash and chaos from Mount Rainier’s eruption swirled and finally settled, the story of the Greenloop massacre has passed unnoticed, unexamined...until now. The journals of resident Kate Holland, recovered from the town’s bloody wreckage, capture a tale too harrowing - and too earth-shattering in its implications - to be forgotten. In this audiobook, Max Brooks brings Kate’s extraordinary account to light for the first time, faithfully reproducing her words alongside his own extensive investigations into the massacre and the legendary beasts behind it.

Historia
In the spring of 1903, the 311, known to locals as “The Majestic”, carried more than 100 passengers on board toward a tunnel mouth that would allow the 13-car locomotive to pass safely through the underbelly of the Canadian Rockies. The tunnel swallowed the 311 whole, and the train - and everyone on it - were never seen again.

Historia
Jeremy Bishop's first pulse-pounding novel is a horrific tale of post-apocalyptic terror that is one part zombie story and one part Dante's Inferno. The story asks hard questions and generates strong emotions in everyone who reads it--anger, excitement, and most of all: FEAR. This book asks the question that everyone is afraid to answer: Are you ready? Enter the mind of Jeremy Bishop if you dare. Share his nightmares. Experience the fear that shaped his life. You may never be the same.

Barely ok
Revisado: 10-18-21
Misleading tittle
Torment for the character or for the reader
No character development unable to create sympathy to any of them
Too many questions left unanswered the main one
What the heck happen?
The only that save this mess is the narrator
RC Bray is one of the best ever
I got this book just because of him
The end of the story is so awful if this is base from a nightmare of the author I think he wake up to early with a headache

Mix of Moby Dick and The sound of Thunder
Revisado: 09-28-21
This is a not so great variant of Moby Dick with The sound of Thunder time traveling Dino hunt.
Boring characters no so bad narration.
Almost to none characters development nothing to care about them
The most interesting one was the prehistoric mouse
The bad Dino was so stereotype even Jurassic park one were more scary and interesting
Not bad but there is an idea this will be a great syfy channel or The asylum movie full of cheap special effects
I will watch it

Poor sequel
Revisado: 01-17-20
The first several minutes was a commercial for the TV show. Then the hardship started.
The narration of the first book was ok to good but this one is so bad that several times I was tempted to stop but I never before I did not finished a book , I was so close.
Some how the characters this time became annoying , As I get closer to the end I was hoping all of them got blown away.
This monster book became monster less and what make the first book entertaining was left as background noise.
I read other people reviews and realized I was listening to a different book.
One good thing I have to say this is the perfect low budget ,low quality , bad acting SYFY movie of the month,
If I see this movie in SYFY will give it 5 starts.

The fold
Revisado: 01-16-20
Good story but not as good as the other 2 books in the series .
Narration excellent as always by Ray Porter.
The main characters are well develop and the different twist were interesting but some of them really did not go anywhere .
The ending was ok but no the best left open for a possible sequel.
If there another book in the series will get it.

Revisado: 01-15-20
Is a good story but nothing new.
The characters need it more development some of them has no background at all
The action really never get to a high point is more from maybe the middle of the book to the end.
The end is setup for a sequel or series.
If there is a second book will buy it
