Historia
On the Genealogy of Morals: A Polemic is an 1887 work by the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. It consists of a preface and three interconnected essays that expand on concepts Nietzsche first raised in Beyond Good and Evil (1886). The three essays question and critique the value of our moral judgments based on a method whereby Nietzsche examines the origins and meanings of our different moral concepts.

Introduced me to new models and reinforced some I know
Revisado: 01-02-25
Parish’s book is more like a checklist of models with a brief introduction. It is a starting point for a long lifelong exploration of useful mental models, and in this these are excellent. I read through quite rapidly, but will spend a great deal of time, as suggested in the book, exploring each model at length. However, this checklist takes years off of this exploration.

Launchpad for the lattice work
Revisado: 01-02-25
This fourth series provides fundamental models of economics and touches on some fundamentals in art, particularly performance. This work will require revisiting and exploring other fundamental texts to make them useful. I believe this series of books will be fundamental to my self-work for years to come. Charlie Munger would be proud.
