Nothing novel/insightful in this book.

I gave the book 3 hours and 11 minutes of listening time and it was honesty a bit painful to make it that far. I kept hoping it would improve, as the author has had a lot of accomplishments in life. She is very proud of them and at time it feels like just a pat on the back to herself. The nuggets of encouragement and inspiration from what others have done are the same you’d find in any other book about motivation or entrepreneurship. Kudos for trying, but I think you could have been more original or differentiate yourself in some way. I would not recommend this book.

Good book, annoying performance

Good ideas and example around how to operate an inventive, creative company.
However, I was so distracted by the changing narrators back and forth. When they switch between the 2 narrators, one male one female, you lose focus on the content. It’s annoying and unnecessary. Would not advise other books to do this.
