I’ve tried everything from strict diets to extreme workout plans, and I always burned out. I’m seeing a difference in my food choices and habits with slip ups here and there but this time, I didn’t feel guilty when I slipped up—instead, I felt motivated to keep going. The results I’m seeing are incredible.
