Historia
Sophie Kinsella's debut is a romp through the perils of shopping and spending, spending, spending! Becky can't resist a sale, and she's only a little overdrawn on her VISA. Readers will laugh aloud at Becky's retail adventures as she finds new and creative ways to relieve her increasingly credit card debt. Emily Gray's narration bounces along with Becky and her buying whims, while delivering a humorous account of what happens when credit goes bad.

Historia
With her shopping excesses in check - for now, at least - and her new career as a TV financial adviser blooming, Becky's biggest problem is getting her business-minded boyfriend Luke to take a romantic getaway. But "getaway" takes on a whole new meaning when Luke says he needs to move to New York for business - and he asks Becky to come with him! International best - selling author Sophie Kinsella's sequel to the wildly popular Confessions of a Shopaholic is non-stop fun.

Great book!

I really enjoyed this book and find myself thinking in the southern twang that makes up this book. It took a bit for me to get used to and excited about the older character with such high morals but very quickly I found myself enjoying it. I will say that I think younger "readers" may find it a bit too stuffy. Again, I really enjoyed it and plan on getting the whole series.

YUCK
Revisado: 05-22-11
what a waste of time! I wish I would have stopped at book 5. The accent was bad enough but the lack of integrity in one of the main characters was just beyond my tolerance. Also the mothers song 5 million times....I wanted to die when I heard those words start!! Honestly if you stop at book 5 you will remain happy with the whole series if you go on to 6, well, I warned you.
