not much practical advice

there are some topics here covered that gave me some pointing, but otherwise it was just either discussing stuff that I already knew about teaching children or there were parts that kept me confused like: don't do this, but no practical explanation what to do instead. So I learnt that I do plenty of things wrong but I am still clueless how to fix them ;)
