Excellent content that is quite rare and important

This highlights insights about what the gospel meant to first century Jews from historical studies that much of Christian history fails to appreciate. Has been greatly encouraging and and clarifying to me and answered a lot of questions about how to understand the Bible.

Narrator makes distracting mistakes, book is good

The book is good but I'm finding myself distracted, wondering how this reading, which displays ignorance of how to say things related to the Bible, got past the editor. The narrator reads something like 1 Sam 3:18 as "Chapter one Samuel, three eighteen." And other times as "One Samuel, three eighteen." Why get it wrong two different ways? Why not look up how to read Bible references? There are other mispronounciations. Distracting and unprofessional enough to be worthy of a redo. To audible users, I encourage you to get this book (here or maybe better elsewhere) because it's a good book. To the powers that be, please consider another recording of this book that doesn't display negligence in getting it right.
