She emphasizes the need for leaders to demonstrate humility, and a genuine commitment to empowering every team member regardless of their title or tenure. She offers real world examples by retelling her interviews with figures such as General Stanley McChrystal and Arianna Huffington. And the book is full of practical examples of how inclusive leadership transforms both people and organizations for the long term. It is wonderful to hear the story in her own voice!
