Everyone over 30 knows that aging is hard. If you're not experiencing it for yourself, you certainly know those who are suffering from conditions that they "didn't used to have." This book explains how some of those things come to be, and what to do about them. I love the reminder that walking, if done sufficiently, can reverse a condition.
