Mispronunciation of the Hawaiian language is annoying

The story is great but the reader mispronounces many Hawaiian words as Ali’i and Paniolo to name just a few. It is very distracting to hear the words and names of Royalty slaughtered. The reader should have checked how words are pronounced more carefully. Hawaiians deserve the respect of proper pronunciation

Good information but confusing who was speaking

I enjoyed the book and all the content. However switching from male to female narrators was very confusing. I never knew if it was a male perspective speaking because they talked about female experiences. Then the female would speak about things sounding like she was speaking from a male perspective.

Way better than Rosetta Stone

I bought Rosetta Stone first, unfortunately. This book is so much better. I have learned how to speak and put together full sentences so much faster, almost instantly. Highly recommend. I hope there are more books like this one

Where does Real Love in Parenting rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is by far one of the best books.
What other book might you compare Real Love in Parenting to and why?
I cannot compare any other books to this one as this FAR surpasses any parenting book.
Have you listened to any of Greg Baer M.D.’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have listened to or read all of Dr Baer's books and they ALL are some of the finest work I have ever heard/read in my life.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
The book is very profound in it's wisdom on loving children and in learning to be loving to anyone. The ideas are so easy to follow and fresh.
Any additional comments?
I highly recommend this book as well as all the other books authored by Dr Greg Bear

Extremely helpful in learning to detect lies

I was a police officer for 17 years of which I was also was an investigator. I only wish that I had discovered this book back then. I highly recommend it if you want to learn to detect people lying. I always knew my spouse was lying to me for years and now I know for sure.
