Historia
This extraordinary document represents a new form of historical research and straightens out many open questions and misinterpretations. It takes the form of direct dialogues between a modern researcher and a member of the Qumran Essene community. Alive around the time of Christ, this community has become the focus of ideas about the connection of Jesus' teachings to earlier traditions.

Outstanding
Revisado: 03-03-22
I had a challenging time to end listening to this audiobook. It supported many of my heart, mind, and soul intuitions about the life of the most enlightened being in history. Raised in the Southern Baptist Church inundated with beliefs of a horrific outcome if one was not perfect, it is a inner and outer comfort to know all that lasts is Unconditional Love, and the life force of consciousness within all that is seen and unseen. Thank you Mrs. Cannon for your passion of finding truth.

A lot of valuable information

This book is full of beautiful attraction laws that it is too much for me to retain during one reading. I want to review the information by listening to shorter segments of this book.

Historia
I’ve been in this life for fifty years, been trying to work out its riddle for forty-two, and been keeping diaries of clues to that riddle for the last thirty-five. Notes about successes and failures, joys and sorrows, things that made me marvel, and things that made me laugh out loud. How to be fair. How to have less stress. How to have fun. How to hurt people less. How to get hurt less. How to be a good man. How to have meaning in life. How to be more me. Recently, I worked up the courage to sit down with those diaries.

Historia
While Eve examines a fresh body in Washington Square Park, her husband, Roarke, spots a man among the onlookers he’s known since his younger days on the streets of Dublin. A man who claims to be his half brother. A man who kills for a living - and who burns with hatred for him. Eve is quick to suspect that the victim’s spouse - resentful over his wife’s affair and poised to inherit her fortune - would have happily paid an assassin to do his dirty work. Roarke is just as quick to warn her that if Lorcan Cobbe is the hitman, she needs to be careful.

Brilliant Imagination
Revisado: 09-09-20
I had to keep reading or rather listening to this book. The attention I paid to the storyline reminded me of when I was introduced to this series. A gifted writer, this book demonstrated her skills and is one of my favorites. Certainly admired how the author revealed another fascinating story after writing over 50 titles in this series. Admired the continued growth of Eve and Roarke’s relationship. Susan Erickson’s narration contributes very much to enjoying this book.

Historia
The shots came quickly, silently, and with deadly accuracy. Within seconds, three people were dead at Central Park's ice skating rink. The victims: a talented young skater, a doctor, and a teacher. As random as random can be. Eve Dallas has seen a lot of killers during her time with the NYPSD, but never one like this. After reviewing security videos, it becomes clear that the victims were killed by a sniper firing a tactical laser rifle, who could have been miles away when the trigger was pulled.

I'd I were reading a physical book, listening to this book was difficult to stop listening to or if considered a physical book; was a continual page turner. The characters keep developing and most of the time revealing aspects of human relationships. Susan Erickson did an excellent job in turning this book into an audio book - one of her best.

Historia
Gabriel Allon, the art restorer, spy, and assassin described as the most compelling fictional creation "since Ian Fleming put down his martini and invented James Bond" ( Rocky Mountain News), is poised to become the chief of Israel's secret intelligence service. But on the eve of his promotion, events conspire to lure him into the field for one final operation. ISIS has detonated a massive bomb in the Marais district of Paris, and a desperate French government wants Gabriel to eliminate the man responsible before he can strike again.

Awareness and insight
Revisado: 07-16-16
I have read all of Daniel Silva's books. The Gabriel Allon series three or four times. I was consumed with his writing after spontaneously, not ever having heard or the author, buying a just released paperback book. Then proceeded to purchase all books written to that date. The events within each book are realistic, although produced from the authors imagination, which focus on injustices in our world; however also bring a sense of hope and justice from the incredible sacrifices of the characters. I learned much about the past from Silva's extensive preparation from present and
historical studies made by Silva, then transmuted into fiction. For this book, I respect his decision to continue with his initial writing of the events of this although tragically they later became reality. I continuously gain compassion for the state of Israel and the circumstances of the people's life situations who live within the stresses of life and death situations in their life situation and best I can think of to do is to be in and send a vibration of peace to those who suffer in Israel and within this world.

Historia
Why do our negative experiences seem to stay with us so persistently? It is because they are the fuel for what Eckhart Tolle calls the pain-body, an energetic field that actually feeds on toxic thoughts and emotions. Liberation from the pain-body is not about repressing or denying our thoughts. Instead, as Eckhart's teaching partner Kim Eng reveals, we must develop a complete receptiveness to all experience-rejecting nothing, judging nothing, and resisting nothing.

A tool for focus
Revisado: 07-11-16
I have only once listened to the complete book. I will return to it again and again. The talking meditations help to structure my focus and remind me to accept and let go. I definitely need more practice with that and I am sure I will get all the practice I need. I enjoyed Kim's calm presence while speaking and reinforcing no self judgment while. I.e. wing aspects of myself and the many years I have had to build a story that I now need to let go of and start a new story

Historia
A seemingly straightforward private case turns out to be much more complicated - and sinister - than Special Agent A. X. L. Pendergast ever could have anticipated. Pendergast, together with his ward, Constance Greene, travels to the quaint seaside village of Exmouth, Massachusetts, to investigate the theft of a priceless wine collection. But inside the wine cellar, they find something considerably more disturbing: a bricked-up niche that once held a crumbling skeleton.

Crimson Tide
Revisado: 07-08-16
The title is quite appropriate especially after hearing the ending. This is a spoiler alert ... Please do not read this review until you have read the book. I'm just going to know that one more person, Special Agent Pendergast, returns from the assumed death. Also, it seems that if that occurs it would be Agent Pendergast's second return from the "dead" in this series. The first being Diogenes tending to his brother to save his life. I thought as I was reading the end that the guide who helped the tactical specialists (forgot the real name of the type of team) to the island could have been Pendergast's presumed dead brother because he appeared out of nowhere after such a careful review on the people who lived in and around the area in Massachusetts and now I know it's possible to survive falling into a ridge of molten, red, liquid lava. Guess there must have been a hiding perch on the way down. I enjoyed the book very much. There was significantly less inclusion of historical information in this series and it does appear to have been written more quickly than the others. Please keep the same reader, Rene Aubergenois, for his voice is just right for the Pendergast series.
