I enjoyed the ideas on how to stop following into procrastination so much. It is so easy to do and so hard to get rid of that bad habit. Book gives good advice and I have begun implementing some of the ideas. Especially try to think about how I will feel after I accomplish what I was putting off for simple dumb reasons. I would recommend this if you fall into procrastination easily.
