Repetition is key to making affirmations work yet a lot of us, myself included, do not always make this a habit. From personal experience, I find that what really helps is to listen to affirmations in the background as to let the message influence my subconscious mind and thus, I’m not efforting to make myself believe the affirmation nor am I berating myself for being inconsistent.
This audiobook then is a great way to really instill new beliefs to override old ones related to fear, overwhelm, etc related to travel. I actually have this playing in the background when I’m driving around and while I’m doing mundane things around the home.
I feel that this book is a brilliant adjunct to the travel planning process as it helps one to tackle normal fears while also generating excitement for upcoming trips. ⭐️
