This book was a very good book. Yes, I wanted to strangle Austin at times but my goodness. I couldn't stop listening to this book. Usually these books are a lot sex and a little story and I'm so happy this one wasn't. There was actually a storyline to it. This was a stand alone so there wasn't a wait for the next book.
I've not listened to anything from this author and after this book that will change. Especially, if she produces books that aren't all smut. If you're looking for a good book without a ton of that. Then this is a great book for you. Well worth a credit.

One of my favorite books. It used to be on YouTube and I would listen to it all the time. When I saw it on here I had to get it. However, the reader of this book is hard for me to listen to. I've listened to it once and it's hard for me to go back to. Which is very unfortunate.
The MC is supposed to be someone who comes back from a bad situation and and is tougher, more confident, and braver. She reads it as though she's reading a children's book to little kids.
The author did a great job and honestly I was thrill when it came to audible so I could listen to it on my way to work. This was a one time listen for me and I wish the person who read it on YouTube would've read it here. It would've been worth the pay for sure. I don't believe it was with this reader unfortunately.

I did like the book. I listened it to all in one day. it was a bit much in some parts but altogether it was pretty good.

I literally couldn't get through the prolong. This is definitely one of the WORST narrators. The voices the spaces and lengthy sentences. My goodness I didn't think the prolong would ever end. I couldn't do it. I had to remove it.

I thought I would like this book since I've liked so many other shifter books. I'm still looking for a series that gets me as much as Shy, Bitten, and Luminous. However, this book is just all about sex and torture. Not once does he actually make love to her. He only forces her and makes it as painful as he can. Also he goes out of his way to humiliate her in front of his pack. Most alphas are so possessive they wouldn't want their mate to be on display like that. He wants that and it doesn't seem right.

yes I did like the book. it is a little slow and the interactions with the guys I wish would've grown stronger faster.

I really like all of these stories. I didn't find myself liking one more than the other. yes, it does talk about 3 different pack members. However, they did flow easily into the next story. Plus the pack members from each story remain in each story so its not like a cut off.
