Untethered Expectations

Enjoyed until after the first almost 2/3, then feels like it plateaued/digressed/never reached full inflation from the build up.
Leveled off for several more chapters of repeating philosophy, somewhat archaic conditioning, and slippery slopes towards spiritual bypass.
i.e. brings in a simplistic personified conditional God backed up with yogic zen detachment except just decide to be happy and all is well.

Just into the first part of the book and was interrupted by an unexpected ask from the author for a review, and then a tutorial on how to do it, REALLY? Haven’t I already purchased the book? Must I also purchase more “advertisement” free time? Could this at least have been placed at the ending somewhere?
Not to mention there is no PDF to give any visual reference where the digital format would have used a link.
Author says she reads all of these, maybe so. Maybe re-review at the end of listening.

Accompanying their incredible book, this contains a heady mix of meditations, workings and music to exercise and exorcise your mind, body and spirit. Anybody in a body can take part. So that means you. Take a deep breath. Your drum is calling you. Its rhythm is in your blood. We are being challenged as a species to raise our game.

Enjoyed the movement meditation, expected more from 15 chapters. More playlist than exercise, although I encourage more audios like this one. Thanks.
