What made the experience of listening to Battleground the most enjoyable?

What does Dick Hill bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
He does a great job
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
there was so many- I lost a cousin in GUADALCANAL. He recieved the Navy Cross and also lost his life. Griffin tells the story so well of all our brave men in World War II. A very good read.
