One of the few books where they get the narrators just right. I am so glad that the same voice actors carried over! One of my favorite adventures this far, I love the scheming and the conniving ways of this crew:)

Sprinkles of your favorite childhood story among smut

A good quick listen while I took a road trip. Some of the scenes honestly had me wiggling in my seat. Not for the faint hearted or public if your face were to give you away. The Massachusetts accents sounded a bit like Harley Quinn but aside from that the performances were good.

I made the mistake of putting this book off for the last year, only to Finish this book in less than a day. I was quickly whisked away to Sunset Blvd with Evelyn Hugo and fell for her, as many of her adoring fans had. I was enraptured by the story telling of Taylor Jenkins Reid and I am so glad that I finally picked this up from my tbr pile.

A book hasn’t made me feel this much in a while

I experienced so much emotion while I was reading this book, the author really made it easy to put yourself into Lily’s shoes and feel everything with her. I made the mistake of listening to this audiobook while I was driving and found myself holding back tears so that I could see the road. I really wish that I had more of a warning regarding the subject matter of this book, not just a recommendation from booktok, but it highlights very serious real world problems and turmoils and does an amazing job of portraying g all of the emotions involved with the decisions that accompany these problems. The narrator is wonderful, character build was fantastic, and I could not stop listening after I started it.

Usually I don't listen to audio books...

The Narrator did a FANTASTIC job of putting emotion into the reading. The dialogue was performed well and she added the right tones and vocal alterations for the perfect theatrical effect. Usually I don't listen to audio books, but I am such a fan of Matson that I had to get ahold of this book in any form I could, and I was not disappointed.
