Historia
Though we believe in our minds that God is all-powerful, all-knowing, and all-present, sometimes we don't feel his closeness. How can we walk boldly in our faith, expecting Him to draw near to us as we draw near to Him, as promised in the book of James? In Closer Than Your Next Breath, bestselling author, speaker, and radio host Susie Larson helps listeners experience God's trustworthiness and love—even when they feel far from Him.

Heartfelt and Transforming
Revisado: 02-13-24
The genuineness of Susie's heart with every spoken word was transforming. I feel like I've just encountered a close and faithful friend ... just like I have in Jesus.

Historia
Despite constant efforts to declutter your home, do papers still accumulate like snowdrifts and clothes pile up like a tangled mess of noodles?Japanese cleaning consultant Marie Kondo takes tidying to a whole new level, promising that if you properly simplify and organize your home once, you'll never have to do it again. Most methods advocate a room-by-room or little-by-little approach, which doom you to pick away at your piles of stuff forever.

Mostly Valued
Revisado: 01-09-16
I didn't necessarily care for the eastern philosophy twist, such as references to feng shui, yin yen, and buddhism and the importance placed on the feeling of inanimate objects...however, I absolutely valued the process and order of how to completely tidy everything in your home. The author gives the actual "how to" process in detail, not just the philosophy of tidying. I have was many books on "getting organized"
