An excellent breakdown of the current climate broken down to easily convey the insanity that is todays politicized climate in several areas of life. Bravo for the fortitude and conviction of the author to bring this nonsense to light, backed by research and facts, not grandiloquence and drama.

Resistance is futile!

If you are looking for an exceedingly uplifting, powerful and entertaining roadmap to direct your inner self toward finally deciding to step up to the plate in the game that you are not only the referee, league manager, greatest fan and coach but also the star player, you'd best tighten your competitive resolve because you've found it.
This book is more refreshing than a breath of fresh air after a fart in a space suit, for lack of a better analogy. Steven Pressfield's ability to share his innermost drive and most vulnerable moments in his life so we can learn from his challenges is not only generous, but reflective of Steven's core honesty and personal wish for everyone who decides to turn pro to succeed on their own terms and become the "pro" they have designed for themselves.
Thank you Steven, for such a fantastic book. Thank you for sharing those moments.

ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL reading for everyone.

Get this book and go through it multiple times. Just do it. It doesn't have 100% 5-stars for nothing. It's one of the VERY FEW times I have actually subscribed to an email list after reading the book and I'm glad I did. This is the 1% of awesomeness that comes around only once in a few years. I'd rather find this than an ounce of pure gold.

A breath of fresh air after a fart in a spacesuit!

Terrific advice, information and overall strategies for ANYONE who wants to learn about YouTube and how to be successful at it. It is not a how-to-get-rich-on-YouTube-guide, although it certainly could be used toward that end - but a clearly practical guide with a TON of extremely important and relevant information to help any newbie YouTube user (or wannbe influencer) to either get a great head-start or take off from where they already have started.
Highly recommended. I also checked out their YouTube channel and they definitely have a lot of other great material there.

VERY worthwhile

While there is a ton of fluff in here that is basically the author explaining the needless esoteric details of the brain's biological function, the strategic information, ideas and evidence is not only compelling, but very often eye-opening. Clearly a manual worth absorbing for any parent wishing to get a better understanding of the state of their teen's brain, in case you didn't remember how you felt and behaved when you were a teen. Great work.

SORELY NEEDED ADVICE FOR "PERFECT" PARENTS.

This book was even more refreshing a breath of fresh air after a flatulent in a space suit. An exceptional job of not only addressing the problem, but giving many practical elements that can help parents discern whether or not THEY are the problem and need to reevaluate their 'exceptional' parenting techniques. It's almost easy to call this book common sense, but then again, why is common sense so uncommon? Because we live in a country where it is clear that so many people (parents, people in general) are more concerned with outward appearances than true quality of life. Hopefully this book gets read by those who truly need it, but that remains to be seen, as the helicopter parents described in the book are in abundant supply here in Southern California, despite their insistence on being "progressive" and whatever other buzzword will make them appear to be paying the least bit of attention. I suggest parents of all kids make this and some of the other texts referred to in this book topics of conversation whenever possible - so we might eventually gain the upper hand FOR OUR KIDS to live their own lives and grow up without some illusory bubble so many parents assume is essential for their well being.
Julie, you need to do a TED talk if you haven't already.
