EXCELLENT!!

Just what l was hoping for to find. Well presented and full of spot on helpful facts to improve heart health. It does require a bit of concentration to follow along but well worth it for the solid and well thought out presentation. Again just what l was looking for. It is easy to tell the subject is the author’s area of expertise and passion, a great
combination. Narration is excellent as well and clear, pleasant to the ear. Thank you.

RIDICULOUS! FAR, FAR FROM PAR

Beloved characters were not true to form and very flat. No humor in this one. Did not appreciate the cruelty to animals needlessly inserted into the storyline. I don’t want to hear about dogs being abused, killed by RIDICULOUS crazy plot. Nothing redeeming about this CC newest release except for the small bit about Maurice, the chief steward and Scott Brick. Please move on to a different writer before he kills off the series too! I am a HUGE CC fan and enjoy all the CC books over and over again however this story left me extremely disappointed. Not worth the wait or credit.

Piggy (main character)Barely Makes an Entrance into Story

What happened???? This was supposed to be a cute sequel to the first “Finding Mr. Right” but the main character(s)barely made an appearance. This was one of the dumbest, really dumbest, romances that l have endured. I listened to the sorry end with hope that the story it could improve. Sadly, it could not. I found nothing engaging about this story. Not even one of my favorite narrators, Barbara Rosenblat, could help this one. Too bad, there was potential after the first.

FULL of ANIMAL CRUELTY!! NOT for ANIMAL LOVERS

I have listened to the majority of the other stories in this series and enjoyed them. Although at times is has been a challenge. This book greatly surpassed my tolerance level of animal death and abuse. Why include it????? Only an animal lover would listen to a book about talking cats. Animal lovers do NOT like to listen to animal cruelty. If l had not already listened to other titles in this series l would thought the author sick and warped. And why is she so against spay and neuter? This comes across in other Joe Grey titles as well. And who wants to read about cats that eat gourmet human food (unhealthy for cats) then savagely kill rabbits, birds and squirrels throughout the story. This may be the first in the series, l didn’t bother to check, and it does seem that the titles over times contain less cruelty. Maybe the author began to figure out that animal lovers wish to ENJOY a nice animal story and not have their day spoiled by ugly, cruel words on the page.

One of my ALL TIME FAVORITES!!

It doesn’t get any better than Lisa Scottoline and Barbara Rosenblat!!! Only negative is the sections containing animal abuse (violence towards people too). I know this book by heart and l fast forward so l am not left troubled. I listen to enjoy and to lift my mood, certainly not to be left with disturbing images. Normally, l simply stop listening to an author whose novels contain but in this case the far majority of the book is just great adventure.

GLORIFIED the KILLING of ANIMALS!! Literary crap!

I was unable to get past the foundation of the story line. This author glorified the killing and trapping of animals for the mere sake of mounting the specimens for profit. I found the continuous references, discriptions and disregard for animials as horrific and unneccessary in a story line. Seriously... a book of this nature and caliber could hardly be considered a work of creative literature anyway. It would be considered literary crap! Could not stand this book and had to stop listening. Review would not allow me to give a O star review.
