Not quite sure how I feel about this book yet. It had a lot of twists and turns that kept you thinking. But it felt like a huge departure from what I’ve normally read of Armstrong’s books. Guess this one left me thinking.

Poorly written and awful narrator

The story line was meh - not a whole lot to grab into to make me want to read and learn more.
The narrator is AWFUL at emoting. The steamy scenes could have been said by Siri in a similar fashion. I stumbled through this just to see if it got better.
Nope!

Listen until the author’s note!

I couldn’t put this series down. Loved the movies. Liked the books even though they went in a bit of a different direction at times.
One huge thing I hated was how Laura allowed herself to be treated. Without giving away any spoilers - I just want to say - listen until the authors note. It really helped me in clearing up the authors thoughts.

Liked the movie - liked the book but both are different

If you’re like me, I first watched 365 days on Netflix. When the audio book finally dropped in English, I expected the book to follow the movie somewhat. But there are big differences in main points.

I did like the book. I liked the movie. Just don’t want anyone disappointed when they are expecting them to follow closely.

More Steam than Story

This story has so many steamy scenes - they are too many to count. I felt myself kind of feeling numb to them after a while. The story line does weave through those moments. After a while I just wanted to know what happened so I sped up the audio.
Also, expect a massive cliffhanger (ugh) into the next!

Bad narrator!

I love Sherrilyn Kenyon - and have a feeling this story is better read than listened to. Voices aren’t great and inflections seem to be the same through fear, sexy time, and normal narration. I’m almost half way through and will either read or skip this and other books iiKane has narrated in the series. What a shame 😞

Characters you can’t help but invest in!

This is the first time I’ve listened to an LABTQ+ book. I figured it was free with Audible plus and it was with giving it a try.
OMG!!! How did in not find A.E. Via sooner!!! I absolutely love the characters and can’t wait to hear about what they are up to next. And the sex scenes - wow - talk about steamy!
I was afraid this book set was the end of the story of God and Leo and their team, but it’s not! I’m jumping in on the next book and can’t wait to hear what happens with the rest of the guys

Meh. Not as great as the previous books

I did enjoy the book but it seemed like it jumped around. Sometimes I had to rewind a bit because the writer left some things to our imagination - but that wasn’t clear in how it was read. Good but not something I’ll listen to again.

Great story - overdramatic narrator

I am deep into this series and love it! This book is excellent, but the narrator is waaaaay overly dramatic. It’s really annoying. I am really hoping she doesn’t read the next book.

I have no words - I’m awe…

I’m a U2 fan who has seen The Boys 11 (about to be 12) times in the last 20 years. I’ve followed them, supported them, listened to every album numerous times and can point out songs that for me through the roughest times in my life as well as the most joyous.

I learned a lot more about the band and reasons for songs or actions through Bono’s words. His ability to touch the soul is grandiose through hearing him read his own words, perform songs, and do voices of various famous people.

This book cannot be described in words - it’s powerful and soul touching to hear Bono’s humility.

I am in awe and will defiantly listen again and again and again.
