Well-written and worth reading for sure!

Everyone should read this book. Very well-written, with a lot of very interesting examples of a well experienced professional negotiator.
I have been a lot of those tactics described, read other books and, even though, nothing compared to this one. The narration is also very well done and exciting to listen to. Just buy it!
