Violent Gory goodness
Revisado: 01-05-21
Man there are some parts in here that hurt to listen to. But a really good story. Really short as well. It was good enough that I have decided to continue reading the series. It is quite violent. Quite graphic. And disgusting in its descriptions. There is also a lot of swearing. Amazing performance.

Historia
For David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare--poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a US Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force tactical air controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events.

Incredible
Revisado: 10-08-20
This is a mixture of an audiobook a podcast and an interview. The man who this story is about comments and talks about every part of his life and this story. This is depressing, we listen and learn about a man who is destroyed over and over again. But a man who builds himself back up. I would 100% recommend this book to anyone who wants to be a better human being in any way.

Incredibly interesting
Revisado: 08-26-20
There are live interviews and incredible stories of every kind. This was an amazing listen and the perfect length. Even if you care nothing for porn or the industry, it was honestly just incredibly interesting to listen and learn about people’s lives in all aspects of what many consider taboo.

Decent
Revisado: 07-16-20
It was a good listen while doing some monotonous work. Overall fairly interesting. It’s a first person account of him discovering and learning about his own caffeine addiction. Learning about caffeine. Quitting it, and everything that went on. Pretty good. Only 2 hours so worth the listen.
